Can I return or exchange my flowers?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is a quality issue with your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photographs.
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
However, due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Flowers are natural, seasonal products and cannot be resold once prepared or delivered.
